Yesterday was my husband and mine's 12th anniversary! It has been a long time so we went to explore Downtown Denver a little bitt and also had sushi at Blue Sushi!
It was all very delicious and the Gin and Ginger cocktail was super refreshing. Sadly I did not feel comfortable taking pictures when I had THIS looming over us
I don't think I want to see the cyberdyne systems model 101 loom over me while I eat ever again.
Still love the place though!
On a more serious note: last week and the start of this week...and honestly the week before last week...it's been hard. I want you all to not be afraid to express yourselves and to be kind to yourself and your peers.
I don't like talking politics too much, so I will say this: No one deserves to be silenced for their skin tone, nor for their opinions expressed peacefully. No one should have to live in fear because of who they are or what they believe in. You are all wonderful people, deserving of the life and freedoms that is within your right. Please remember that and also...it's so much easier to be kind than it is to be cruel.
You are all awesome and worthy.
Stay safe. Stay healthy. Stay Happy. And Stay Free.
P.S. I created some corgi pics to make my wonderful PA, Laura, smile. For those who didn’t know her mom passed away August 31, part of why we didn’t do an email last week. She wanted to share them with you guys too!
