One More Year Before The Decade Ends!
At least for me. A lot of fun and a lot of food!
This past weekend I turned 40 - 1. Ooof. One more year in my thirties which is a bit of a existential challenge. I plan on pushing forward this year, but I admit it feels a little bittersweet.
However, on the sweetness side…My husband made us homemade ramen. We use pork neck bones to make the broth, order rare Japanese seasonings and pork belly.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME IT WAS AMAZING!
Honestly, last week has been awesome for meals. My personal chef, aka my husband, has been on a tear. Between working again, getting back into working out and home cooked meals, I think I’m gonna end my third decade on a better note!
Here’s to staying young as we get older.

I may have missed the episode for Taming Malice. For which…I have no excuse. I wasn’t sure how to transition from the confrontation last episode to the point I have in my head. However, I do have an outline for the next chapter!
