That’s a HAWT TAKE. However, hear me out.It’s a spicy one, but you already know me and have read several other episodes of ‘The Mountain’ (which…I should probably republish here, honestly).
I believe that, during this day and age (heck even decades past to be fair), advanced long-range weaponry combined with even more advanced information gathering and logistics has transformed war from relying on human physical strength as the main component of winning a fight.
Key events and subterfuge win wars, not enormous battles or an overwhelming show of force.
Though America has the most capable show of force compared to any other country (or dare I say, of all other countries combined), it also overwhelms in logistics.
Considering all of this, why shouldn’t women be obligated to register for the draft?
